BOOKING AND PAYMENT: (Accepted via Bank Transaction Only)

– To confirm your booking, a refundable 50% deposit of the total rental amount (excluding GST) must be made.

– Renter address proof is mandatory, which may include documents such as Aadhar ID, Driving License, or similar identification. This requirement helps us ensure accurate rental documentation

– Once the rental budget is finalized and agreed upon, it is not allowed to update or change the quotation within 48 hours. this policy ensures consistency and stability in the rental arrangement.

NOTE:

PER DAY RENTAL (6AM to 6AM):

– Device rental charges are calculated based on a 24-hour period starting from the time the device is taken from our office. Any additional hours or partial days beyond the initial 24-hour period will be subject to prorated charges, as applicable.

DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY:

– The renter is solely responsible for covering the full cost of repairs in the event of any damage to the rental equipment. This includes any necessary repairs or replacement charges, based on our technical team’s verification, to ensure the damage is paid along with the rental order amount.

ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:

– Assistant beta charges apply between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the scheduled day. Any assistance required outside of this time frame may incur additional charges, as applicable.

– It’s essential to note that equipment will only be provided with our trained assistants, and we do not offer the option to rent equipment separately.

– Our assistants are an integral part of ensuring the successful use of our rental equipment and maintaining its optimal functionality.

– For outdoor shoots, the renter must arrange safe accommodation and meals for our assistants. This is to ensure the well-being and comfort of our team during the shoot, allowing them to provide the best possible support.

TRANSPORT CHARGES:

– Transport charges are mandatory when the shooting location is beyond a 10-kilometer radius. This policy ensures fair compensation for travel expenses incurred for more distant shooting spots.

RENTAL CLOSURE:

– Please settle the Rental Balance Amount, including any applicable additional charges, and address any Device Damage Recovery Charges if applicable, exclusively via bank transactions.

– Rental closure formalities should be completed on the last day of the scheduled rental date (Get the final amount from our staff).
